This step involves initial concept design, costing, and planning.

We will contact you to schedule a consultation (in-person or virtual) to discuss your vision, review their portfolio, and provide a personalized quote.
Upon approval of the design and quote, we will provide a formal rental agreement outlining all details, including pricing, delivery/pickup dates, and terms & conditions.
50% Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to secure your order and confirm the booking.
One month prior to the event date, the remaining 50% balance is due.
Delivery & Setup: On the agreed-upon date, we will deliver the faux flower arrangements to your venue. Their team will professionally install the centerpieces according to the agreed-upon design.
Post-Event Inspection: Following the event, we will conduct a brief inspection of the rented items to ensure they are in good condition.
Pickup & Removal: Our team will promptly pick up the faux flower arrangements and remove them from the venue.
